Shipping and Orders

Payment

All items on the Common Goods website are advertised in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The currency can be changed at the top right corner of the page. 

All orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars and at this stage we cannot accept payments in any other currencies. Goods will be shipped out from our Auckland warehouse as soon as possible (generally within 1-3 business days).

New Zealand Deliveries

We are currently offering free shipping for all domestic orders over $150 NZD. All other New Zealand deliveries work on a flat $10 shipping cost. All orders are shipped out with New Zealand Post and will generally arrive 48 hours after being shipped. Orders delivered by New Zealand Post can be tracked here.

If any special instructions are required for delivery, please include these during check out. As courier times can vary we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date so we recommend you allow plenty of time for delivery.

Australia 

We are currently offering free shipping for all Australia orders over $200 AUD. Flat rate shipping of $20 AUD applies to all other orders. 

Please Note

Some items may not be available for international delivery but you will be advised at check out.

Please be aware that customs charges may apply when shipping to your country. Costs associated with import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If any special delivery instructions are required, please include these at checkout. As courier times can vary, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, so we recommend allowing plenty of time for your order to arrive.

During busy periods, or due to unexpected delays like customs or courier issues, delivery times may take longer than our usual shipping times.
